Anna Chase and Le Dib

Anna Chase and Le Dib

We are LNA. We’re a new pop band created in Los Angeles, California. The name came simply from our initials. We are Brazilian guitar player and producer Le Dib and singer/songwriter Anna Chase. We’re influenced by new and old sounds and artists. We play and record applying retro elements to contemporary pop. Our music conveys a good message, while having some fun.

Le Dib

I was born and raised in São Paulo, Brazil. I’m a guitar player, songwriter and producer. I wanted to be a musician when I grew up. I attended Souza Lima/Berklee College of Music for a year, and then moved to Anhembi Morumbi, where I graduated as a music producer two years later. I now live in Los Angeles, where I’m improving my techniques at LACM (Los Angeles College of Music).

Anna Chase

I was born in Denver, Colorado, but I was raised in Asuncion, Paraguay. I found my way into show business young. I started as a model at age fourteen, modeling for small national and international fashion productions. Eventually, one thing led to the other.

Music has always been present in my life. I gained experience singing for school and church choir in my hometown, and I later began collaborating with national producers and artists. After feeling great satisfaction from performing, I decided to take it to the next level by moving to Los Angeles, California in 2012. I recently Graduated from LACM (Los Angeles College of Music).

LNA PerformingWhat are we up to?

Now that you know more about who we are, let us tell you our plans for this year. We are working on our first EP right now, to be released by September of this year. The EP will have four songs that express our personalities and influences of the places we’re from. The songs are about experiences, disappointments, complaints and simple expressions of joy.

Our main goal is to spread our music around the world, to be heard and be able to express our concerns through music. Our concerns are about problems that affect society. We also try to focus fun out there, to erase abuses and erase discriminations against individuals or groups of people.

Our advice

Listen. Be patient. Have fun.

Analyze every feedback. Don’t ignore opinions, but do look at them in a way that helps improve your performance, not in a way that can bring you down our discourage you.

Be patient. Opportunities show up when we least expect them, but that means you have to be ready.

Have fun. Everything you do, do it with pleasure and love, positive attitude and self-esteem. Believe in yourself.

Follow your instincts. If something about a song, an arrangement or a performance is simply not feeling right, explore different options. Don’t force something to be something it shouldn’t.
